啮合齿轮在稳定工作后,由于摩擦等原因,引起齿轮轮体、润滑油、箱体的温度变化。本文运用热弹性力学原理,分析了温度变化对啮合齿轮侧隙的影响以及对齿厚偏差选择的影响。为合理选择齿厚偏差、保证齿轮传动的灵活性和平稳性提供了理论根据。
Friction between the meshed gears under the stable working condition may lead to temperature change of the gear body, lubricant oil and gearbox cases. Based on the thermal elastic mechanics, the influence of temperature change on the normal backlash was analyzed, and the deviation of teeth width was calculated. The result indicates the gear's transmission is more flexible and smooth.
