316L不锈钢电弧堆焊快速成形工艺及组织性能研究

中文摘要:

通过对比焊接电压、焊接速度等工艺参数对单道堆积成形性的影响,确定了MIG堆焊快速成形316L不锈钢件较为合理的成形参数,在此基础上成形了具有一定尺寸的单道多层片状316L不锈钢试样.研究了电弧堆焊快速成形材料的显微组织和力学性能,结果表明:MIG堆焊成形316L不锈钢件的显微组织是自下而上连续生长的粗大柱状晶,堆积材料组织致密,无气孔、夹杂等宏观缺陷;材料的室温抗拉强度可达605 MPa,延伸率为32.1%,强度和塑性指标均高于热轧和铸造316L性能指标.分析认为,对316L不锈钢而言,热量的积累对堆积层的组织和力学性能影响较小,在实际生产中可以采取多道多层连续堆积的成形方法.

英文摘要:

By comparing the different influences of welding voltage and welding speed of MIG method on the formation of single cladding pass, a proper processing parameter was obtained, and with which 316L stainless steel blocks were prepared. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the overlying welding rapid forming samples were studied. It is shown that, the microstructure of the rapid formed 316L materials is mainly consisted of coarse columnar grains in which dendrites grown epitaxially from the layers already formed. The rapid formed blocks are compact and free from porosities and inclusions. Tensile testing results at room temperature show that the tensile strength of the rapid forming samples reaches up to 605 MPa and elongation is 32.1%. This result is better than that of the hot rolling and casting samples. Finally, it is concluded that, for the arc overlying rapid forming of 316L stainless steel, heat accumulation have little influence of on microstructure and mechanical property, and continuous processing without interval cooling can be used in the actual production.
