将水泥生产流程中窑头和窑尾排放的烟气作为热源,基于2 500t/d典型水泥生产线,从理论上计算有机朗肯循环(organic Rankine cycle,ORC)回收水泥工业余热的潜力,并分析跨临界ORC循环的优势。结果表明,ORC不需要真空设备和过热器,设备简单,实际运行效率高,合适的工质可以将热源出口温度降至最低,热能利用充分,变工况性能好,相比传统的余热锅炉蒸汽轮机发电更具有发展潜力。
In this paper,the waste gas in the Air Quenching Cooler and Suspension Preheater in the 2 500t/d cement production line are heat sources.The waste heat recovery potential of cement industry is theorectically calculated.The results show that the transcritical cycle has better performance in this situation.The ORC equipment is simple,and do not need vacuum equipment and superheater,and has higher pratical operating efficiency.Suitable working fluids can decrease the heat source to the possible low temperature so that the heat energy utilization fully.And ORC has better performance under variable working condition.So ORC is much better than traditional steam Rankine cycle for waste heat recovery in cement industry.
