Aiming at the disadrantages of explain and analysis which in fact demands higher smooth function in image compression based on wavelet transform, this paper discusses smooth operator theoretically, which takes theory deduce as guarantee and enumerates examples as foundation. Finally, emulate experiments have been taken to prove the importance of this problem.
