试验旨在研究中草药添加剂对种鸽生产性能和血常规的影响.选用健康且繁殖周期基本一致的白羽王鸽种鸽72对,随机分为3个组,每组24对,分别为对照组、抗生素组和中草药组.试验期间统计周采食量,测定产蛋数、蛋重、种蛋受精率和孵化率,并在产蛋后第2天翅静脉采血,用于测定血常规.结果表明,3个处理组的平均日采食量、蛋重无显著差异(P>0.05);中草药组种蛋受精率最高,抗生素组产蛋率最低;中草药组显著提高了血小板体积、大型血小板比率(P<0.05),抗生素组显著降低了种鸽红细胞体积、血小板数量、血小板体积分布宽度和大型血小板比率(P<0.05),中草药组和抗生素组显著降低了血液血红蛋白质量(P<0.05),两者对血常规其他指标未产生显著影响(P>0.05).综合种鸽生产性能和血常规指标,中草药添加剂在提高种蛋受精率的同时,对种鸽血常规指标有一定的改善作用.
To investigate effects of Chinese herbal medicine supplementation on production performance and blood routine of breeding pigeons, seventy-two pairs of breeding pigeons were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 24 pairs per group, corresponding to control group, antibiotics group and Chinese herbal medicine group respectively. The production performance including feed intake, weight and number of eggs, fertility rate and hatch- ability were recorded every week during the experiment. Blood sample was collected from wing venous at the next day of laying eggs to determine the blood routine. The results showed that there was no significant difference among three experimental groups in feed intake and weight of eggs (P〉0.05). The fertility rate of Chinese herbal medicine group was highest among three experimental groups. And the laying rate of antibiotics group was lowest among three experimental groups. The MPV and P-LCR of Chinese herbal medicine group were significantly higher than those of other groups (P〈0.05). In addition, the MCV, PLT, PDW and P-LCR of antibiotics group were significantly lower than those of other groups(P〈0.05). The MCH of Chinese herbal medicine group and antibiotics group were signifi- cantly lower than that of control group(P〈0.05). For more, Chinese herbal medicine and antibiotics had no signifi- cant difference in other indexes of blood routine(P〉0.05). According to the above analysis, Chinese herbal medicine could improve the fertility rate and some indexes of blood routine of breeding pigeons.
