研究肿瘤淋巴管转移发生和发展的分子机制对于肿瘤治疗有着重要的意义。淋巴管内皮细胞透明质酸受体-1(lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor-1,LYVE-1)作为淋巴管内皮特异性标志物,其广泛应用大大促进了肿瘤淋巴转移领域的研究进展。近年来,LYVE-1本身的生物学功能及其在肿瘤转移领域中发挥的作用已成为肿瘤转移的研究热点之一。阐明LYVE-1在肿瘤淋巴转移中的作用机制,对于肿瘤治疗新途径的开辟有着重大的意义。因此,本文旨在对LYVE-1在肿瘤淋巴转移领域中的研究进展作一综述。
This review aims to explore the mechanism of occurrence and progression of lymphatic metastasis of cancer and its role in cancer therapy. The pace of research into lymphatic system continues to accelerate with the availability of lymphatic molecular markers, such as lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor-1 (LYVE-1), the lymphatic receptor for hyaluronan. Recently, biological functions of LYVE-1 and its role in cancer metastasis have become the focus of worldwide attention. Clarification of the precise role of LYVE-1 in lymphatic metastasis is of great significance in exploring novel cancer treatment. This paper reviews the progress in LYVE-1 related to lymphatic metastasis of cancer.
