目的：系统评价枳实薤白桂枝汤加减对冠心病心绞痛患者的干预效果。方法：计算机检索从建库至2016年6月的中国学术期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数字化期刊全文库、中文科技期刊全文数据库（维普）和pubmed,收集枳实薤白桂枝汤加减治疗冠心病的随机对照试验（RCT）。按纳入和排除标准选择文献后,有2名评价者独立选择试验、提取资料,交叉核对并进行文献质量评价,然后使用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果：最终纳入9篇文献总计788例患者。Meta分析结果表明：枳实薤白桂枝汤加减治疗组在减少心绞痛发作次数以及对心电图和血脂的改善优于对照组。结论：枳实薤白桂枝汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛改善效果明显,并且对心电图和血脂有改善作用,但是仍需更高质量的临床研究支持其临床疗效。

英文摘要：

Objective： To systematically review the intervention of Modified Zhishi Xiet）ai Guizhi Decoction （ MZXGD ） in patients with chest rheumatism. Methods ： Literature search was conducted in such databases as Chinese periodical full-text database （ CNKI ）, Wanfang full-text database, VIP database and Pnbmed from the dates of establishment to June,2016. The data of randomized controlled trials （ RCT ）of MZXGD were chosen and extracted by two reviewers independently according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and cross-checked assessed in the quality and methodology. Meta analysis on all the data arecarriee out by using RevMan 5.3 software. Results ： There were 9 articles （ 788 patients ） in the treatment of chest rheumatism after retrieving literatures on randomized controlled trials （ RCTs ）of MZXGD. The results of meta-analysis showed that MZXGD group was better than control group in terms of reducing the number of angina attacks and Improving ECG performance. Conclusion ： MZXGD is effective and safe for treatment of chest rheumatism, and it is also beneficial in ECG improvement for chest rheumatism patients. However, higher quality clinical research is still needed to support its clinical efficacy.
