Italy is a country with the most fruitful heritage in the world. The idea of cultural heritage conservation and management which is sponsored by diversity Italian resources along with international societies is very precious in the specialized field. Not only superintendences /CCD, but also ＂Code of the Cultural and Landscape Heritage＂ are all very important, they have already made some significant progress. This paper just pays much more attention to central government ＂ s management system - one main branch of Italian complex de-centralization administrations.
