中国毒奶粉、假冒伪劣产品泛滥的本质是诚信文化、道德文化的缺失，应将文化素养融入高职会计专业建设，培养有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型高职会计人才。课题组从企业需求、社会热点文化、高职会计毕业生就业三个方面展开调研，总结分析并针对调研结果提出对策，促进高职会计专业建设与经济社会发展需求相适应，使高职会计教育与企业实践无缝对接，培养高职会计学生积极乐观、合作创新的主流文化。
英文摘要：
The essence of the toxic milk powder, fake and inferior products flooding is lack of integrity and moral culture. Introduction of the cultural awareness to the construction of vocational accounting profession for the training of the new vocational accounting personnel who understand business management, culture, as well as technology is essential. The paper expands the investigation from three aspects of the enterprise？ requirement, social and cultural hot spots, and vocational graduates. It analyzes the results, comes up with the strategies, and promotes adaptation of the accounting profession construction to economic and social development needs, training the students have the positive and optimistic, technical virtues, cooperation and innovation mainstream culture.
