社会责任感是企业家精神的重要组成部分,是区分企业家和一般公众的重要标准,并且受到地域文化差异的强烈影响。根据企业家和公众的效用函数,他们在承担社会责任过程中获得效用是存在差异的,地域文化差异也对社会责任感具有影响。作者运用浙江和广东的问卷调查数据,对理论假设进行实证检验,结果显示,企业家承担了更多的社会责任,但是与公众相比不具备承担更多社会责任的倾向;文化差异对企业家社会责任感有显著的影响,浙江企业家社会责任感高于广东企业家;除了身份和文化差异,受教育年限也对社会责任感产生影响。
Sense of social responsibility, strongly influenced by the regional cultural differences, is an important part of entrepreneurship and standard to distinct entrepreneurs and general public. In this paper, we construct entrepreneurs' and the public's utility functions and find that two kinds of people obtain differ-ent utility when taking social responsibility, different regional culture also affects the sense of social re-sponsibility. On this basis, we use the survey data from Zhejiang and Guangdong province to test the theo-retical hypothesis. The empirical results show that entrepreneurs take more social responsibility, but do not have more tendency to take social responsibility than the public; cultural differences have a significant im-pact on entrepreneurs' sense of social responsibility, Zhejiang entrepreneurs' sense of social responsibility is higher than Guangdong entrepreneurs'; Besides identity and cultural differences, years of education also af-fect the sense of social responsibility.
