为改善人发蛋白的成膜性能,试验用人发蛋白溶液与海藻酸纳、聚乙烯醇混合制得共混膜。通过改变聚乙烯醇/人发蛋白,海藻酸钠质量配比,制得多组共混膜。通过测定不同共混膜的断裂伸长率、吸湿与保湿性能,优化制备工艺。结果表明:制备的聚乙烯醇从发蛋白,海藻酸钠共混膜,外观平整、均一,力学性能优良,成膜性较单一组分膜更好。当m(eVA):m(人发蛋白):m(海藻酸钠)为8:2:2时,聚乙烯醇/人发蛋白,海藻酸钠共混膜的吸湿率为18.1%,保湿率为74.55%,断裂伸长率比聚乙烯醇/人发蛋白共混膜提高30%,达到应用要求。
In order to improve the film-forming properties of human hair protein, blended films are pre- pared through adding different mass ratio of sodium alginate and polyvinyl alcohol into human hair pro- tein. The process is optimized by determining properties of the elongation, moisture absorption and moisture retention of blended films. The results show that the polyvinyl alcohol/hu~nan hair protein/sodi- um alginate blended film has better film-forming property than that of single-component film, as well as smooth and uniform appearance and excellent mechanical properties. When the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol/human hair protein/sodium alginate is 8:2:2, the blended film features 18.1% of moisture absorp- tion rate, 74.55% of moisture retention rate, and the increased breaking strength of 30% than that of poly- vinyl alcohol/human hair protein blended film, and can meet the application requirements.
