[目的]在分析恶性肿瘤病人住院信息基础上，探讨恶性肿瘤病人住院费用和治疗效果情况。[方法]以宁夏3所三级公立医院为样本，对3所样本医院4年的恶性肿瘤医疗费用和治疗情况进行了筛选和分析，采用描逝l生分析法。[结果]发现恶性肿瘤病人西药费和未归类费用偏高，自费、商业保险和公费医疗的恶性肿瘤病人比例不断上升，同时恶性肿瘤病人治疗效果欠佳。[结论]公立医院应实施统—规范的临床路径法，以合理降低住院费用；研究改良目前恶性肿瘤治疗方式和思路，提高患者生活质量、延长寿命。

英文摘要：

Objective This paper discusses hospitalization expenses and treatment effect based on analyzing hospitalization information of cancer patients. Methods It takes three tertiary-level hospitals as simples, screens and analyzes hospitalization cost and treatment condition in four years by descriptive analysis methods. Results It shows that medicine costs and uncategorized expenditure are high, the proportion of cancer patients at their own expenses, commercial insurance and public expense has been rising. The therapeutic effect is not good enough. Conclusions Public hospitals should carry out unified normative clinical pathway so as to reduce hospitalization expenses reasonable. Study and improve the method and thinking of cancer treatment, improve the patients＇ living quality, and prolong life-span.
