评述了因巴法(INBA)、图拉法(TYNA)、底滤法(OCP)、拉萨法(RAsA)等国内外高炉渣处理的方法及回收高炉渣热量的物理法和化学法。认为目前的高炉渣处理存在新水消耗大、炉渣物理热无法回收和二氧化硫、硫化氢等污染物排放的问题,且在已研究的回收炉渣热量的方法中,未考虑处理后炉渣的应用或存在设备损耗大、热量回收率低等问题。拟开发的高炉渣干法粒化技术有望同时解决其渣粒化及热量回收的问题,是高炉渣处理利用的发展趋势。
The methods of the treatment with the blast furnace slag both inland and overseas at the present time: INBA, TYNA, OCP and RASA were commented. Commented the heat recycle research what has been done already of blast furnace slag: the physical method and the chemical method were commented. Now the method of treatment with the blast furnace slag exists the problems that it consumes so much fresh water, un-reclaiming the physic heat of the slag and the contamination emission such as S02, H2S, etc. The research method of recovery bast furnace slag heat doesn't consider the using of the treated slag. It also has the problem that the equipment was consumed quickly and energy was recycled lowly. The new developing method-blast furnace slag dry granulation can solve the problems such as the blast furnace slag granulation and the heat recycle. It is the develop trend of the blast furnace slag treatment.
