随着社会经济的发展和环境问题的日益加剧,合理的建设用地是城市和经济健康发展的前提,本文以贵州省黔中地区为研究对象,在GIS空间分析技术的支持下,遵循生态保护优先原则,选取自然环境因素、社会经济因素和生态因素3个方面的8个因子对研究区建设用地进行适宜性评价,并采用模糊层次分析法确定相关因子权重,结果表明:①总体上研究区用地以较不适宜和较适宜建设用地为主,比例分别占到研究区总面积的32.15%和39.71%,整个黔中区域适宜建设用地(适宜、较适宜)面积为25 850.60km2,占研究区总面积的48.07%,说明黔中地区适宜开发的土地相对较少.②很不适宜和适宜建设用地面积最小,比例分别为5.33%和8.36%.③空间分布上,研究区适宜建设用地(适宜、较适宜)主要分布在中部贵阳市境内大部、修文、黔西、安顺和福泉等地.
The land use of the construction is the foundation for the development of economy,and it is of great importance in resolving the increase of environmental problems.In this paper,in the support of spatial analysis based on the GIS technology ,following the principle of ecological protection priorities ,the eight factors involving natural ,economy and ecological have been chosen to evaluate the constructional land use,the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process has been used to determine the weight of the elements.The results show that : (1)the general construction land use is mainly low-moderate and moderate feasibility ,and the proportions are 32.15% and 39.71% ,respectively.The feasibility area of construction is 25 850.60 km2, the proportion is 48.07%.And this is mean that the construction land is relative scarcely in Qianzhong.(2)the proportions of worst and most feasibility are 5.33% and 8.36%.(3)in soatial, the feasibilitv area of construction mainly located on middle hart. including the majority of Guiyang, City. Xiuwen.Qianxi ,Anshun and Fuquan City.
