基于激光-线阵CCD检测原理,通过对反射光信号的检测,提出了一种用于轧辊磨损度非接触式检测的高精度检测方法。阐述了线阵CCD工作原理、检测系统组成与检测过程。利用插值法和数值滤波法对信号进行处理,有效降低了轴承振动和随机噪声的影响,提高了检测系统的可靠性和分辨率。同时针对检测过程中易出现的轧辊轴线偏移情况,采用相应的补偿算法,进一步提高了检测的稳定性和精度。应用梯度强度均值法对CCD信号进行处理,有效地降低了噪音对成像质量的影响,提高了处理数据的速度,解决了去噪、边缘检测和特征信息提取等关键技术。实验证明,该系统的分辨率可达到1μm。
Based on laser-linear array CCD detection technology and detection of the reflective light signal,a method for on-line non-touch roller wear detection was presented;and the principle,composition and operation process of linear array CCD detection system were expounded;and the random noise and the roller bearing vibration were reduced and sensors reliability and resolution were enhanced while using interpolation method and numerical filtering to process the signals;and meanwhile,an error compensation algorithm was employed to offset roller axis deviation and improve both stability and accuracy of this measurement system.By adopting gradient intensity averaging method to process the CCD signal,the noise influence on image contrast was reduced and data processing speed was improved.Experimental results show that the resolution of this detection system can reach 1μm.
