文章以江西省2001-2014年高新技术产业和经济发展面板数据为研究对象,运用菲德两部门改进模型对江西省高新技术产业的溢出效应进行实证检验。结果显示,江西省现有高新技术产业发展对经济增长、非高新技术产业所产生的正溢出效应都不是很显著,但高新技术产业边际生产力要高于非高新技术产业。高新技术产业发展还未真正成为江西省跨越式发展的可依赖产业。

英文摘要：

The paper,taking the panel data of high-tech industries and economic development in Jiangxi province from 2001 to 2014 as the research object,makes an empirical study on the spillover effects of high-tech industries in the province by ap-plying the revised Feder two-sector model. The results show that the positive spillover effects of the development of high-techindustries on the economic growth and non high-tech industries are not very significant,but the marginal productivity of high-tech industries is higher than that of non high-tech industries. High-tech industries have not really become reliable industriesfor the province to achieve the leap forward development.
