采用水热合成法合成了新颖结构的配位超分子[Mn(phen)2C12]·C6H5COOH.对化合物进行了单晶X-射线衍射测定,结构分析表明,晶体中存在着大量的氢键将化合物连成了2D无限结构,对化合物的UV-Vis-NIR光谱及表面光电压光谱(SPS)进行了测定和分析指认,化合物的SPS在300—600nm范围内呈现出正的表面光伏响应(SPV),而且SPS响应带与UV-Vis-NIR光谱的吸收峰是一一对应的,化合物的场诱导表面光电压光谱(FISPS)和袁面光电压相住谱的结果表明,化合物具有一定的p-型半导体的特征。
A novel transition metal coordination supramolecule [ Mn (phen)2C12]·C6H5COOH has been synthesized by hydrothermal method. Single crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. Structure analysis indicates that the existence of hydrogen bonds in the crystal make the complex become further connected to a supramolecule which possesses a 2D infinite structure. Meanwhile, the UV-Vis-NIR spectrum and the surface photovoltage spectrum (SPS) of the complex has been measured and assigned. The result of surface photovohage spectrum (SPS) indicates complex exhibits positive surface photovohage responses in the range of 300-600nm,and the absorption peaks in UV- Vis- NIR spectrum are according with the responses in SPS. Field induced surface photovoltage spectrum (FISPS) and phase spectrum both prove the complex possesses the characteristic of p-type semiconductor.
