通过比较反应器中亚硝化累积速率,研究了聚乙烯、纤维组合以及聚氨酯生物海绵3种载体亚硝化挂膜效率。结果表明,43 d序批式运行3种载体上NO2--N累积速率分别为0.29、0.28、0.30 kg/(m3·d),聚氨酯生物海绵载体挂膜速率较快。将挂有生物膜的载体拿出,采用连续流方式运行,观察微生物富集情况,经过45 d运行,聚乙烯载体上亚硝化累积速率只有0.23 kg/(m3·d),而纤维组合、聚氨酯生物海绵载体亚硝化能力都有所提升,分别为0.61、0.90kg/(m3·d)。通过荧光原位杂交和扫描电镜都可以观察到3种载体表面有亚硝化细菌的富集,生物量大小顺序为聚氨酯生物海绵〉组合纤维〉聚乙烯。聚氨酯生物海绵是3种载体中最好的亚硝化挂膜材料。
By comparing the cumulative rate of nitrification reactor, the biological nitrification biofilm efficiency with polyethylene, fiber composition or polyurethane sponge carriers was studied. The results showed that the polyurethane sponge carrier biofilm biological has faster rate after 43 d test while the three kinds carrier nitrite accumulation rate were 0.29 kg/(m3·d), 0.28 kg/(m3·d) and 0.30 kg/(m3·d). Hang out the biofilm carrier and observe the microbial enrichment case using a continuous flow mode operation after 45 d running, the polyethylene carrier nitrite accumulation rate was only 0.23 kg/(m3·d), while fiber composition and polyurethane biological sponge carrier nitrosation capability has improved which respectively 0.61 kg/(m3·d) and 0.90 kg/(m3·d). Observed nitrification bacteria enriched in three carriers by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), indicating that the biomass biological order was polyurethane foam 〉 Composite fibers 〉 polyethylene. Studies have shown that sponge carrier are the best nitrification biofilm carriers.
