药物依赖是一种在身体和精神上无法控制、强迫性反复用药的慢性复发性脑疾病。近期的研究认为,药物滥用改变了特定基因的表达,从而对药物依赖性的形成和维持有重要的作用。组蛋白乙酰化作为一种重要的表观遗传学机制,对基因表达调控和染色体重塑起着关键作用,在药物依赖中的作用也日益得到人们的重视。研究组蛋白乙酰化不仅加深了对基因调控机制的了解,更可以拓宽在药物依赖研究中的思路。本文将对组蛋白乙酰化与其在药物依赖中的研究进展进行综述,从而促进对药物依赖发病机制的理解。
Drug addiction is a chronic brain disease characterized by compulsive and uncontrollable drug craving,seeking and use.Recent studies demonstrate that drug abuse change the expression of specific genes.Histone acetylation,as an important epigenetic mechanism,regulates gene expression and chromosome remodeling.The significance of histone acetylation in the pathogenesis of drug addict has been highlighted recently.In this paper,we reviewed histone acetylation and its role in drug addiction to improve the understanding of the development and maintenance of drug addiction.
