Low-carbon economy is a development mode withlow energy consumption, low pollution and low emission as the cores and essentials. The development of low-carbon economy is significant for solving and getting rid of the ecological and energy crisis appeared increasing prominent in industrial culture, and can pro- mote harmonious development of people, nature and society. Due to the large difference in regional economic de- velopment, exploration on the development path of low-carbon economy is not the same all over. The differences causes ofregional low-carbon development should be analyzedin detail, hoping to find a low-carbondevelop- ment path based on regional cooperation and industry transfer.
