本研究旨在探究任务特征对质量改进团队跨界行为(联络行为、管控行为和侦测行为)的影响,采用任务特征和团队跨界行为问卷调查了161个质量改进团队,结果表明:任务互依性正向影响联络行为和侦测行为,任务复杂性对质量改进团队跨界行为3个维度均有积极影响,任务时间压力与侦测行为正相关.结论:任务特征一定程度上触发团队开展跨界活动.
In order to explore effects of task characteristics on QITBB (includes relating activity,monitoring activity,and scouting activity),161 valid group questionnaires were used to testify hypotheses based on measurements of task characteristics and team boundary-spanning behavior.The results indicated that task interdependence was positively associated with relating activity and monitoring activity; task complexity was positively associated with all dimensions of QITBB,and task time pressure was only associated with scouting activity.In summary,task characteristics to some extent triggered teams to manage team boundary-spanning activities.
