Based on the important relationship between entrepreneurial opportunity identification and information/knowledge,this paper uses the classical information process model to anatomize the connotation of entrepreneurial opportunity,and on this basis expatiates on the entrepreneurial opportunity identification mechanism based on the entrepreneurial information process model.The paper also analyzes the key factors affecting the entrepreneurial opportunity identification from the 3 links in the entrepreneurial information process.
