无轴承薄片电机可实现五自由度悬浮,在超纯净等领域具有应用优势。介绍了转矩绕组1对极、悬浮绕组2对极、集中式绕组的无轴承表贴式永磁薄片电机的数学模型,针对悬浮力和电磁转矩的控制特点,设计了以TMS320F2812为核心的数字控制实验平台,并对其工作原理进行了分析。在此基础上设计了控制系统的软件,并给出了主要子程序的流程图。通过联合调试整个实验平台硬软件系统,实现了转速达到15000r/min高速稳定悬浮。
The hearingless PM slice motor which can suspend at five directions has unique advantage in the ultra-pure field including biology, medical, chemistry industry and semiconductor manttfacture. Tile radial suspension force and torque's mathematic modal of the concentrated-winding surface-mounted hearingless PM slice motor is introduced. In view of the control characteristics of electromagnetic torque and radial force, an experimental platform of control system for real-time control is designed based on DSP (TMS320LF2812) and the principles of work are analyzed. Based on the platform, the wstem program is designed and program flow charts of most interrupt set-dee routines are given. Test results of an experi mental platform which can operated at 15 000 r/min show the good performance of the suspension.
