针对典型绕组结构的倍压两用(如110V/220V)单相电容分相异步电动机存在用户改接线麻烦和电容多、成本较高的不足,提出一种用户改接线方便的电容数减半的倍压两用单相电容分相异步电动机设计方案。通过分析比较该方案电动机在110V/220V下对称运行情况,论证该设计方案的可行性;推导该电动机的性能计算公式,分析并阐述电磁设计方法,并设计制作样机。样机的计算与测试结果验证了预期的设计目标,该方案的电动机能在110V/220V下同一额定转差率对称运行,额定运行点性能一致或接近,最大转矩点和起动点的性能基本相同。
To solve the common problems existing in the typically used 110 V/220 V single-phase capaci- tor induction motor, like the complex reconfiguration of coil windings, and the connection mistakes easily made by users, winding structure of single phase capacitor induction motor which is convenient for recon- figuration is analyzed based on the analysis of the motor' s performance requirements and design con- cepts. The feasibility of the structure was demonstrated through analysing symmetrical operation condition in the voltage doubling situation, and the motor performance calculation and electromagnetic design meth- od were formulated. Finally the validity of the winding structure and the electromagnetic design of single- phase capacitor induction motor was verified through the parameter calculation and test of the prototype. In the voltage doubling situation of 110/220 V,, the motor works symmetrically with the same slip ratio, and the performance is nearly the same.
