针对四相8/6结构分块转子开关磁阻电机单极性励磁时的定子磁通冲突问题,提出了分块定、转子开关磁阻电机,基于场路耦合方法建立分块定、转子开关磁阻电机的2D有限元模型,计算了分块定、转子开关磁阻电机的电流、转矩及铜耗特性,并采用双频法分离电机铁损得到涡流损耗和磁滞损耗。有限元分析结果表明,与普通开关磁阻电机相比,8/6结构分块定、转子开关磁阻电机铜耗减小约34%,铁耗减小约28%。
A four-phase 8/6 switched reluctance motor (SRM) with segmental stator and rotor was proposed insuring no collision of the magnetic flux in the stator teeth. The operation principle of the SRM with segmental stator and rotor was explained and the basic characteristics, such as torque, phase currents and copper loss, were obtained with 2D finite element coupled field-circuit computation. Finally, the double frequency method was used to separate iron loss so as to obtain eddy-current loss and hysteresis loss. Comparison of normal SRM was also carried out, for the same frame size and same output it was found that the decrease of copper loss of SRM with segmental stator and rotor over normal SRM is about 34% as well as decreasing a- bout 28% in the iron loss.
