目的:观察中波紫外线对人血小板线粒体活性的影响,探讨其作为评测光损伤敏感系统的可行性。方法:以不同能量的中波紫外线照射人血小板,观察血小板计数(PLT)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、血小板比容(PCT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板细胞活性、线粒体活性的变化。结果:接受不同能量的中波紫外线照射血小板,其血小板计数、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、血小板比容(PCT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板生物活性均无明显变化(P〉0.05),而线粒体活性则明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论:人血小板线粒体活性对中波紫外线的照射敏感并与其剂量呈依赖关系,可很好反映中波紫外线对生物体光损伤作用。
Objective:To explore If the human platelet could be applied to study on photoaging research in human skin.Methods:After human platelets were irradiated with different doses of ultroviolet B,the changes of platelets count(PLT),platelet distribution width(PDW),thrombocytocrit(PCT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet activity,and mitochondria activity were observed.Results:The first five parameters of platelets had no statistical significance(P0.05);the last parameter of mitochondria activity had statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion:The preliminary study indicated that mitochondria activity were sensitive to different doses of UVB,and human platelet can be used on the research of photic injury.
