采用非电沉积法制备的钯负载泡沫镍电极作为阴极,直径0.6 mm的铂丝作为阳极,对三氯乙酸进行恒电流电化学还原脱氯研究。考察了初始物不同浓度,pH值和钯负载泡沫镍电极片三个因素对三氯乙酸降解反应的影响,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)方法对制备的钯负载泡沫镍电极进行了表征。实验中发现不同条件下三氯乙酸的还原去除率均可达到90%以上。当反应条件为20 mmol/L硫酸钠为电解质,钯负载量4.5 mg/cm2,温度为20℃,10 m A恒电流电解240 min时,初始浓度为9 mg/L,pH=2.5时三氯乙酸降解率达99.6%,其效果最佳。
The electrochemical reduction of trichloroacetic acid(TCA) by Pd-loaded Ni foam electrode was investigated in this paper. The Pd-loaded Ni cathodes were prepared using the platinum wire anode of 0.6 mm diameter by electroless deposition. The effects of initial pH,initial concentrations of TCA,and stability of Pd/Ni cathode were investigated. The characteristics of the Pd-loaded Ni foam were also investigated by SEM.The removal rates of TCA were above 90%. The best removal rate of TCA reached 99.6% under the condition:20 m M sodium sulfate as electrolyte,the temperature of 20 ℃,the quantity of Pd-loading of 4.5 mg/cm2,the constant current of 10 m A and reduction time of 4 h.
