为了从吡啶苯醚类衍生物中寻找新的活性化合物,运用活性亚结构拼接原理,设计合成了一系列未见文献报道的新型含氮杂环结构的吡啶苯醚类化合物.利用1H NMR、13C NMR、IR和元素分析对所制备的化合物的结构进行了表征.初步的生物活性测试结果表明,部分目标化合物具有较好的杀虫活性,部分标题化合物表现出明显的抗肿瘤活性.
In order to find novel pyridine phenyl ether lead compounds, a series of novel pyridine phenyl ether derivatives containing N-heterocycles were prepared by the strategy of active substructure combination. Their structures were determined by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, IR and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassay data displayed that some of the designed compounds exhibited good insecticidal activity. Additionally, some target compounds showed significant anti-tumor activities.
