首次运用ESDA方法和锡尔系数、标准差系数、变异系数定量分析了中国区域人力资本的空间相关性和区域差异程度,研究发现,1996~2005年中国各区域人力资本具有空间集聚性,区域差异程度在不断减小;区域人力资本对经济增长的贡献率较低,且各区域不同类型的人力资本对经济增长的贡献率差异显著。未来中国人力资本的区域优化配置。必须通过区域问不同类型人力资本的合理迁移来实现。
Based on ESDA method, Theil coefficient, standard deviation coefficient and coefficient of variation, this paper analyzes spatial correlation and regional difference of human capital for the first time, and reveals spatial agglomeration and difference reduction. But the contribution ratio of human capital to economic growth in various regions of China in the inspected time interval is relatively low, and exists remarkable difference among different type of human capital. Through reasonable migration of different human capital type among regions, it will realize the optimization of human capital allocation and bring a potential of economical growth estimated to be 21.77% approximately.
