XTR system is a new and efficient public key system. XTR keys are much smaller than RSA keys under equivalent security condition, and parameter and key selection for XTR are much faster than for ECC. The blind signature based onXTR is introduced in an e-cash payment system, and its security is equivalent to solvingXTR DL problem while the data for transmission is reduced.
