Based on the sample survey of domestic urbanization rapid-promoting regional, the measures government should implement are put forward by analyzing the current situation and the reason of landless peasants＇ employment difficulties. First, raise the government＇s awareness of the importance of the landless peasants＇ employment problem and adopting appropriate policies to promote the employment of landless peasants. Secondly, establishing reasonable compensation for land acquisition mechanism to guarantee peasants＇ interests. Thirdly, strengthen training, improving the quality of landless peasants and enhance their competitiveness in the job market, broaden employment channels. Finally, it required to improve the employment security system to make landless peasants＇ income, employment opportunity, social insurance, education, household register and other rights and interests guaranteed.
