为了探索虚拟社区互动行为对新产品开发迭代创新绩效的影响,以小米MIUI社区为例,运用网络爬虫程序获取最近四年“产品发布”和“功能建议”板块的面板数据,采用Logistic和Poisson回归进行实证研究。研究结果表明,迭代创新绩效与用户的产品互动水平呈负相关,与用户的人际互动水平以及企业与用户互动水平呈正相关。这些发现启示企业,应该利用人际互动水平作为筛选依据,快速聚焦用户共性的需求,并加强企业与用户的互动。
To explore the influence of interactivity on the iterative innovation in virtual community, the empirical approach was proposed and data were collected from Xiaomi MIUI virtual community through web crawlers. Leveraging panel Logistic and Poisson regression model, the hypotheses were validated. These findings suggest implications for how firms should cultivate customers' interactions with firms and other customers in virtual community, and thus enhance iterative innovation performance.
