本文以G.Riempp的知识管理框架为基础,结合用户接受理论和激励理论,提出了新产品开发团队中的知识管理系统接受行为研究模型,从用户接受行为的角度研究如何使新产品开发团队成员有效地使用知识管理系统。
Based on G.Riempp's knowledge management framework,combined with user acceptance theory and motivation theory,this paper introduces a concept model of Knowledge Management System acceptance in new product development team.The model will be helpful for the enterprises to understand the user's behavior in the knowledge management system and facilitate the effective use of the system by team members.
