共振能量转移,包括荧光共振能量转移、生物发光共振能量转移和化学发光共振能量转移,已逐步发展为较成熟的技术,是目前常用的光学物理分析手段之一。本文围绕近些年发展的供受体对,介绍了共振能量转移技术在生命科学中的应用研究现状,展望了共振能量转移技术的应用前景和发展趋势。
Resonance energy transfer includes fluorescence resonance energy transfer,bioluminescence resonance energy transfer and chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer.It has gradually developed into a relatively mature technology,and is one of the common analysis method in optical physics.This paper introduces the recent application of resonance energy transfer technology in life science research with the development of donor-acceptor in recent years,and further presents its application prospect and the development trend.
