目的:观察补肾中药对去卵巢骨质疏松症模型大鼠骨密度、子宫指数的影响。方法:实验采用切除大鼠双侧卵巢的方法复制骨质疏松症模型,同时应用补肾中药低、高剂量组,补脾中药,对模型大鼠给药干预12周,用骨疏康颗粒剂、盖天力作为阳性对照组,以及正常对照组、假手术对照组和模型组;应用双能X线骨密度仪检测大鼠离体股骨头骨密度;用电子天平测定各组大鼠体重,同时用扭力天平称取大鼠子宫湿重,计算子宫指数。结果:骨密度:与正常组相比,其中模型组股骨头骨密度下降,有显著性差异,P〈0.01。用药12周后,与模型组比较,各用药组均有提高,其中高剂量组上升最为明显,有显著差异,P〈0.01。子宫指数:与正常组相比,模型组显著降低,P〈0.01。用药12周后,与模型组相比较,各用药组均有提高,高剂量组优于各阳性对照组,但无统计学意义。结论:切除大鼠卵巢13周后,骨密度和子宫指数显著降低,提示成功复制骨质疏松症动物模型;用药12周后,高剂量组股骨头骨密度可接近正常组,并且优于其他治疗组,说明补肾中药具有提高骨质疏松症模型大鼠骨密度的作用。
Objective : To observe the effect of herbs of reinforcing kdney on bone mineral density (BMD) and troponin of the rats with ovriectomy osteoporosis. Methods : Using the method of ovriectomy, we established the rat model of osteoporosis ; treated the osteoporosis rats with experimental drugs( low and high doses of kidney-reinforcing herb groups)for 12 weeks ,which was notifying the kidney to consolidate the essence and strengthening bone and marrow, invigorating the kidney to make the bone strong. Simultaneously,Gushukang granule and Gaitianli tablets and Buzhong Yiqi decoction were used as positive control groups. And rats in the normal group and model group were not given any treatment. After the end of the experiment, we detected the BMD of the rat femur by the dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, and weigted the rat UMI. Results : BMD : Compared with normal group, BMD of the rat femur of model group decreased significantly( P 〈 0. 01 ) ;compared with model group, BMD of the rat femur of all the treating groups increased, the high dose of kidney-reinforcing herb group increased the most significantly( P 〈 0. 01 ) ;UMI:Compared with normal group,UMI of the rat of model group decreased significantly( P 〈 0. 01 ) ;compared with model group, UMI of the rat of all the treating groups increased, the high dose of kidney-reinforcing herb group increased the higher, but there was no statistical significant difference. Conclusion : The kidney-reinforcing herbs have some regulative effect on BMD of the rats with osteoporosls.
