In the current public opinion field of our country, all kinds of emotions collide with each other, and become more and more complex. The phenomenon of ＂ negative interpretation＂ , which is increasingly popular, should he paid enough attention to. Considering the economic and social development, the refraction of the ＂nega- tive interpretation＂ , is still the growing ＂ distrust＂ under the ＂social media environment＂. All kinds of negative e- motions and the negative mentality behind them come mainly from the general lack of ＂credibility＂ , especially the government agencies and the media.
