虚拟科技创新团队是一种跨地域、时间和组织边界的新兴的科学研究组织形式,是科研活动复杂化、交叉集成化和网络信息时代下的产物。成员选择是虚拟科技创新团队组建和运行的基础性问题,成员选择本质上是科技人才的评价问题。本文针对虚拟科技创新团队的特征和需求以个体能力、协同能力和匹配适应程度三个维度构建评价指标体系,运用可拓学的物元方法建立了多级可拓综合评价模型,为虚拟科技创新团队的成员选择提供了一种决策方法。
Virtual Technology Innovation Team(VTIT) is an emerging scientific research organization crossing space,time,and organizational boundaries.It is a product of the research activity complication and cross-integration,and the network information age.Member selection is a basic issue in the establishment and operation of VTIT,which is an evaluation of science and technology talents in essence.According to features and requirements of VTIT,the members selection system is separated into degree three dimensions,that is,individual capacity,coordination ability,and match adaptation in order to construct the evaluation indexes system,and establish multilevel extendible comprehensive evaluation model by using the matter element method in extenics,the model provids a decision-making method for VTIT member selection.
