国家面向企业的“卓越工程师”培养计划对信息专业人才的培养提出了同时具备较强动手能力和较强创新精神的新要求。目前高校信息类专业传统的本科教学普遍存在重理论讲解,轻创新实践训练,教学方式陈旧等缺点;本科毕业生创新能力不强、动手能力弱,难以适应市场的需求。通过对欧美高校工程教育模式的案例分析,借鉴其先进的经验,我们确立了创新复合型人才为培养目标,构建有效的实践动手训练的培养机制,在创新实践教学模式和教学方式的基础上逐步改善,推进实践教学训练改革,充分调动学生的学习兴趣和积极性,培养学生良好的创新意识和实践动手能力。
The training plan of "outstanding engineers" brings some new requirements of strong practical a- bility and innovative spirit towards for undergraduates of informations. It is common in colleges and universities that traditional teaching of information majors is outdated and attaches more importance to theoretical teaching than practice training. Consequently, undergraduates can hardly meet the demand of the market because of their lack of practice ability and innovation. Based on the analysis of engi- neering education mode in Europe and U. S. , this paper clarifies the goal of cultivating innovative in- ter-disciplinary talents and constructs an efficient system for practice training. It's suggested that the current teaching mode and education reform should be gradually optimized, thus arousing studentsr in- terests and training their innovation ability as well as practice ability.
