为满足输血或输液工作需求而特别设计了一种新型“Y”形流管无阀压电泵,研究了它的驱动器——压电驱动器的工作特性。理论分析了驱动器的动态特性,并推导出其固有频率和最大振幅的计算公式。然后,验证了理论分析的正确性。最后,基于理论模型,对驱动器的几何参数和材料特性对其动态性能的影响进行分析讨论。分析结果表明,压电陶瓷层与基底层的半径比应为0.75左右,厚度比应〈1.0。本研究亦为其他类型压电泵的优化设计和制作提供了实用性的参考。
A new type of piezoelectric pump, the Valveless Piezoelectric Pump with Y-shape Tubes (VPPYT), is designed for blood or fluid transfusion in such areas of medical treatment, sanitation and health care, and its driver a piezoelectric actuator is investigated. The dynamical characteristics of the actuator is analyzed theoretically, and the formuIas for calculation of inherent frequency and maximum displacement of the piezoelectric actuator are deduced. Then, the correction of theoretical analysis is verified. Finally, the effects of geometrical parameters and material characteristic parameters on the actuator performance are investigated base on the theoretical analytical model. The analytical results suggest that the diameter ratio and thickness ratio of PZT/base layer should he near 0.75 and smaller than 1.0, respectively. The research provides a good reference for optimization and manufacture of other types of piezoelectric pumps.
