以压电驱动精密流量阀的阀芯运动机构为研究对象,建立动力学模型,运用MATLAB以伯德图形式表征该机构的频率响应特性,并通过ANSYS对阀芯运动机构的模态分析得到阀芯运动机构的固有频率和振型,在模态分析基础上进行谐响应分析,得出该机构的幅频特性曲线,结果发现发生谐振峰值的频率与前述MATLAB频率分析幅值峰值频率及模态分析得出的固有频率结果相近,验证了MATLAB动力学模型的正确性,同时有限元动力学特性分析为结构改进及优化提供了理论依据.
Taking piezoelectric driving precis ionflow valve spool movement mechanism as the research object ,it establishes the dynamic model. Bode diagram form using MATLAB characterizes the frequency response characteristics of the institution. And by modal analysis ANSYS it obtains the spool valve movement mechanism of natural frequeney and vibration mode. Performing harmonic response analysis based on the modal analysis, it obtains amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of the institution. The results showed that the frequency of occurrence of the aforementioned MATLAB resonant peak amplitude frequency analysis was similar to the natural frequency of the peak frequency and modal analysis of the results obtained verified the correctness of the MATLAB dynamics model, while dynamics finite element analysis for structural improvement and optimization provided a theoretical basis.
