环形定子面内回转旋转超声电机原理

提出了利用两个相同的纵振振子与一个圆环相连接的定子结构,配合锥形转予构成的旋转型超声电机。采用两个振子激励下圆环所形成的回转运动推动压在其内圆内的锥形转子旋转的工作方式,定子连续驱动转子可获得较好的输出性能。两个工作模态分别由两个相同的振子激励,容易获得工作频率的一致性。该电机结构简单、制造成本低。原理样机空载转速为54r/min,堵转力矩为0.33N·m,起动时间为1.91ms,关断时间为1.41ms。

英文摘要:

A rotary ultrasonic motor with a stator is proposed. It is composed of an annulus and two longitudinal vibrators fixed on it and conical rotors. The conical rotor pressed on the inner edge of the annulus is driven by the gyratory motion of the annulus. An operating method with continuous contact can obtain good output performance. Two operating modes are excited by two vibrators with the same structure and the stator easily obtains coincident frequency for its coincident characteristic dimension in two orthogonal directions. The configuration of the motor is simple and the manufacture cost is low. The performance characteristics achieved by the prototype are as follows: the rotary speed without load: 54 r/min; the stall torque: 0.33 N · m; the start-up time: 1.91 ms; and the shutdown time: 1.41 ms.
