文章采用时域有限差分方法对矩形波导的多模截止频率和不连续性问题进行了分析,提出一种新的电磁流激励和电磁能量提取方法,求解矩形波导的截止频率,与单一的电流源激励方案相比,该方案能更有效地激励多种模式;为了在一次计算中抽取宽频带的散射参量,引入特征阻抗的概念用于分离入射电压波和反射电压波;通过对部分填充介质的三维WR-3矩形波导的数值实验,证明了该散射参量计算方法的可靠性。
Using the finite-difference time-domain method, the multimode cutoff frequencies and discontinuities of rectangular waveguides are analyzed. A new method of exciting electromagnetic currents and extracting electromagnetic energy is proposed, which can be used to calculate the cutoff frequencies of rectangular waveguides. Compared with single current excitation, the strategy can efficiently excite a variety of modes. In order to extract wide-band scattering parameters by one computation, the concept of characteristic impedance is introduced to separate transmitted and reflected voltage waves. The numerical experiment on the three-dimensional WR-3 rectangular waveguide partially filled with dielectric material verifies the reliability of the algorithm for computing scattering parameters.
