胶原三螺旋重复蛋白-1(collagen triple helix repeat containing-1,CTHRC1)是一种具有血管损伤修复作用的分泌型蛋白,参与血管重构、成骨细胞形成以及创伤修复。CTHRC1通过促进细胞迁移、血管形成参与肿瘤病理进程,通过促进成纤维样滑膜细胞迁移和血管形成而参与类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)血管翳形成。CTHRC1主要通过Wnt信号通路发挥其作用。Wnt信号通路在RA滑膜细胞活化、骨吸收和关节破坏中起重要作用。该文就CTHRC1近年来研究进展进行综述。
Collagen triple helix repeat containing-1(CTHRC1) is a secreted protein with the function of vascular injury repair,which is involved in vascular remodeling,osteoblast formation and wound repair.CTHRC1 participates in the pathogenesis of tumor by promoting cell migration and angiogenesis.And CTHRC1 is also involved in the formation of pannus in rheumatoid arthritis(RA) via promoting the migration of fibroblast-like synoviocytes and angiogenesis.CTHRC1 exerts the biological function through regulating Wnt signaling pathway,which plays an important role in RA synovial cell activation,bone resorption and joint destruction.In this paper,the research progress of CTHRC1 involved in diseases is reviewed.
