趋化因子受体CCR7在树突细胞(dendritic cells,DC)迁移和维持机体免疫功能平衡中发挥重要作用。CCR7引导DC的归巢、介导淋巴结内DC对T细胞活化,从而启动免疫反应。CCR7及其配体的表达以及功能的异常与类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)密切相关,阐明CCR7对DC免疫反应的调节作用及其在RA中的作用,可以进一步揭示RA的病理机制,也为治疗炎症和自身免疫病提供新的思路。
Chemokine receptor CCR7 plays an important role in dendritic cells(DC) migration and maintaining the balance of immune system. Migration of DC to lymph nodes is mediated by CCR7, which induces T cell activation and immune response. Abnormal expression and function of CCR7 and its ligands(CCL19 and CCL21) are closely associated with inflammation and autoimmune disease, such as rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Understanding the role of CCR7 in immune regulation of DC will be helpful for further revealing the pathogenesis of RA.
