针对提高特厚煤层综放工作面顶煤回收率、降低含矸率这一具体问题,以斜沟煤矿23103综放工作面为背景,采用数值模拟和现场实测相结合的方法,对其合理放煤步距和放煤方式进行了优化研究。模拟结果表明:23103工作面采用两采一放(放煤步距1.2m)顶煤回收率比采用一采一放(放煤步距0.6m)与三采一放(放煤步距1.8m)分别提高1.9%与6.2%,一采一放容易混矸,三采一放容易丢煤;采用单轮间隔放煤,顶煤回收率为75.2%,放煤含矸率为12.6%;采用双轮顺序放煤和双轮间隔放煤,顶煤回收率分别为80.6%和79.4%,放煤含矸率分别为9.1%和9.6%。现场实测结果表明:23103工作面采用两采一放双轮顺序放煤有利于减小含矸率,提高顶煤回收率,验证了数值模拟结果的正确性。
To improve the extra-thick coal seam fully-mechanized caving top-coal recovery,decrease the rate of waste rock,based on the background in 23103 fully-mechanized working face in Xiegou Coal Mine coal mine,numerical simulation was applied combining with field measurement,to optimize the reasonable interval and the way of coal drawing.Simulation results show that,compared with one-cut-drawing and three-cut-drawing,the top-coal recovery in two-cutcaving one increases by 1.9% and 6.2%,respectively,more gangue is drawn in one-cut-drawing while coal is lost in three-cut-drawing; in single round coal drawing,top-coal recovery rate is 75.2%,gangue content is 12.6%,while in the ordered and interval double round coal drawing,the top-coal recovery rate are 80.6% and 79.4%,and gangue content are 9.1% and 9.6% respectively.The filed measurement show that the ordered double round coal drawing after two cuts is conducive to reduce the gangue content and increase the top-coal recovery,which verifies the simulation test results.
