在总结回顾中国城市规划信息化发展历程的基础上，结合数字城市对城市规划管理变革推动的要求，在规划支持系统的基础上进一步提出全过程数字规划支持系统概念。以广州城市规划局信息化建设目标为例，解释了全过程数字规划支持系统所应包含的三个层次体系架构。最后介绍了广州在开展全过程数字规划支持系统研究中的工作思路。
英文摘要：
Concluding the developing history of urban planning information system in China from 1980s to now, combining the digital cities＇ demand, this paper puts forward a concept of Digital Planning Support Systems （DPSS） through the whole process of planning based on the Planning Support Systems （PSS）. The paper explains the DPSS＇ fundamental system structure with the example of Guangzhou＇s planning information system construction,which should includes three ties. At end,tile paper briefly introduces the Guangzhou＇s study plan on DPSS.
