在高温高压条件下,利用触媒合金合成金刚石单晶过程中,包覆着金刚石单晶的金属薄膜起着极其重要的作用,揭示其本质对解释金刚石合成机理有着重要的意义。本文从金属包膜的形貌、成份、组织结构以及余氏理论和程氏理论在金属包膜研究中的应用等方面阐述了人造金刚石生长机理的研究现状。在此基础上提出了今后的研究方向。
The metal film surrounding diamond single crystal plays a very important role during the course of diamond growth from a metallic catalyst-graphite at high temperature and high pressure. Study on the film may be of great significance to indicate diamond growth mechanism. So the recent progress of diamond growth mechanism in the facets of the metal film's morphology, composition, microstructure, and investigation on the basis of EET (empirical electron theory in solid and molecules ) and TFDC (Improved Thomas-Fermi-Dirac-Cheng) are summarized in this paper, and at the same time the research directions for the future on the film are put forward.
