Kalakashi River floods hazard as the research object, this paper briefly analyzed the causes, type, rules and characteristics of the floods hazard, and explored the many years the relationship between the tloods factors and different months. To resist and reduce the economic losses caused by the flood disaster, it proposed the most basic mitigation measures; those had great significance for the sustainable developmem and the protection d the national economy of Kalakashi River coastal people＇s lives stable.
