企业社会责任的研究受到越来越多学者的关注,而企业社会责任的履行对企业技术创新能力的影响也逐渐成为重要的研究问题。在技术创新相关研究的基础上,引入企业社会责任因素,利用系统动力学方法,构建了技术创新系统动力学模型,并利用vensim软件绘制模型的因果关系图和系统流图,刻画技术创新系统内部各要素之间的因果关系和系统内部结构。在完成模型构建后,进一步利用医药行业历史数据对模型进行有效性检验,在此基础上进行简单的政策模拟,深入分析企业社会责任履行对技术创新的影响。研究发现不良的企业社会责任履行会对医药企业研发投入力度产生消极影响。同时研究表明,在资源有限时,医药企业在经济利益的驱使下会选择放弃履行企业社会责任。

英文摘要：

The study of corporate responsibility has caught more and more attention of scholars; this paper adopted the system dynamics method to do relevant study. The paper added factor of social responsibility construct the system simulation model based on previous studies on innovative technology. Then the paper used historical data to do model validation test,conducted,on the basis of the test,a simple policy simulations and found that negative social responsibility fulfillment would lay negative impact on pharmaceutical RD investment efforts. Meanwhile through simulation it is also found that when the resources are limited,the pharmaceutical companies prefer to reduce social responsibility fulfillment for the reason that it could bring better economic benefits.
