在中国农村地区,疾病不仅直接影响着农村居民的生产和生活,而且还会给他们带来巨大的经济负担。越来越多的学者关注农村地区疾病（或健康）问题及其影响。本文按性别、年龄、文化程度、地区、疾病系统和疾病分类归纳近年来学者们对中国农村地区两周患病率和慢性病情况的研究,概述了几种典型疾病在农村地区的发生情况,在此基础上提出了完善农村医疗保障制度的政策建议。

In the rural areas of China,diseases not only affect directly daily life and production of the residents but also prove to be a heavy financial burden.The prevalence of diseases in these areas has thus attracted growing research attention.This article summarizes the latest researches on two-week prevalence rate and chronic mobility in the rural areas with information presented regarding gender,age,education,area,anddiseasetype.Itreviewstheoccurrenceofseveraltypicaldiseasesintheareas.On this basis,it has puts forward policy suggestions on perfecting the rural medical care system.
